We use couriers to deliver most orders. Orders of small items may be sent via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch your goods in 3 - 5 working days, by 24 hour courier to mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands which may take longer. Pre-ordered items and plants may also take longer as availability can vary from week to week but we will notify you if your order is delayed. Sometimes your items may arrive seperately but we will advise you of this by email should this apply to your order. We will also contact you should there be any unexpected delay on your order and keep you updated at all times.


We charge a flat rate of £4.99 for all deliveries, regardless of size or weight to mainland UK addresses and £7.50 to the Scottish highland and islands. Should your order total £50 or more, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery. (excluding highlands & islands please contact us for details)


In the case of damaged or missing items, please inform us immediately. Unfortunately we will not be able to rectify any problems if you do not notify us, by email, within 48 hours of you receiving your order.


We dispatch  plants, trees & shrubs when they become available. If you have ordered a mixture of plants which includes available plants and plants which are not ready yet, we will hold your order until all the plants are ready. If you wish to split your order, so that you receive your plants as they become available, seperate delivery charges will apply. 
All plants are dispatched Monday-Wednesday and occasionally on Thursdays. We don't dispatch on Fridays in order that plants are not left at the couriers sorting office over the weekend.


We do not accept returns of 'limited-life' items such as plants, tubers or food. If you change your mind about an item (subject to the above exclusions), it can be returned to us in it's original, undamaged and unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund. You will need to arrange the return of the item yourself and cover the postage costs. We advise you to send the item back by recorded mail or to obtain a proof of postage, in the case of your item going missing in the post you should then have some recourse with Royal Mail. Please email us prior to sending any item back. Any items returned found to have damaged or opened packaging or to be in an unsaleable condition will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
